We will match or beat any local offer on top or in-demand items. You can bring items in to sell every day of the week and we always pay the most!
WE PAY CASH on most merchandise that has a retail value of $10 or higher, and even more on rare and highly desirable titles (Condition of the cartridge/disc, case, box, manual, etc. will help determine the overall value... the cleaner the better!). Merchandise under $10 in value will be offered at a bundle price but we will always give a fair valuation of all merchandise brought in for consideration.
Items we take: Video Gaming (all systems and most titles), Packaged and/or Rare Collectibles (Vintage and New Toys, Statues, Guides, Art and more), Comics, Pokemon, Magic, TCG Cards, Hardware for PARTS or "AS-IS" condition and all related Accessories and Cables.

RETRO TO NEW GEN! We offer the best and most diverse pre-owned products in the valley. We are always looking to bring the best and most desirable items to your local Blue Shell. If we do not have a product in stock we are able to order most items and have it delivered to one of our locations for pick up. We will honor our Blue Shell Warranty on all products ordered through one of our locations. We also offer shipping for all customers.
We promise to always deliver clean, tested, working products. All hardware and accessories are backed by a 30-day Repair/Replace WARRANTY. All games are backed by a 7-day Repair/Replace WARRANTY.

Trade
We are proud to offer one of the best trade-in policies in the valley. If you have pre-owned games, collectibles, toys, cards, or other valuable items, you can bring them in and trade for items you do want. We offer a higher trade value than all other stores. Trading in for store credit always pays more then selling for cash, sometimes up to 50% more! We also offer a retro to new-gen trade program and can offer more in trade toward a new and available title!

Maximizing Trade-Ins
All trade-ins are valued by title, completeness, model, and CONDITION! All hardware and video games are inspected for physical damage, performance, and cosmetic condition. These are all aspects that can increase or decrease the value of everything you bring in. Here are some tips and tricks to make sure you get the most value out of your items.
How do we value your items?
In order to get the maximum cash value (30% of resell value) or maximum store credit value (50% of resell value) items must meet certain qualifications.
Title
We research the value of the specific games you bring in based on title and platform. Common games that have low resell value are usually valued at little to no cash or credit only for trade-in value.
Model/Edition
Older models of systems will have lower resell value and therefore lower trade-in value. Special edition systems are usually valued higher unless other factors negate that value (see below). Third-party (not made by original manufacturer) items are usually valued lower than OEM (made by original manufacturer) items because they are harder to resell.
Condition
Items that are brought in damaged, incomplete, or dirty condition cannot receive full trade-in value. Our team strives to ensure all items are in clean/sellable condition for our customers, therefore labor for any cleaning/repairs of items will negatively impact the trade-in value.
Availability
On-hand stock for our stores contributes to how much we can pay for any given item. Items that are widely available will have a lower trade-in value than normal. You can give us a call at any time to check if we are no longer accepting, offering store credit only, or are overstocked on certain items.
